Coach Lloyd led his girls to an 5-0-1 record on the weekend. The girls took first place over Shaler Heat in a fall friendly. These young ladies scored 59 runs spread over 74 hits while only giving up 26 on the weekend. Maddie Crump, Tanner Kephart, Bennett Pidro, and Kayla Williams kept defenses on their toes with a mix of power and finesse!
Tanner Kephart led the team with 12 hits, 11 runs scored, and an average of .632. Tanner fielded her position of 1B proving the value of the stretch. Tanner scooped and stretched it out all day long at first. Speedy Bennett Pidro held an average of over .700 on the weekend. She certainly continues to pose a threat from the left side with her speed and determination to get on base. Maddie Crump had 9 RBIs complimented with the highest QAB. Maddie was just as effective on the mound while fielding her position exceptionally well. Kayla Williams then led Team Pennsylvania to the final win going the full 7! Kayla helped her cause by producing 9 RBIs on 10 hits!
